Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects.
• Analyze change impacts on people and processes.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans.
• Accompany managers and employees in transition.

Requirements

• Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience as Change Management Specialist.
• Experience in medium to large IT projects.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and take on new challenges.
• Experience facilitating meetings and preparing presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in evolving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Practical experience in communication.
• Active listening.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (and English).
