Senior UX Specialist / UI Designer

Create exceptional user experiences combining aesthetics and functionality. User-centered design will make the difference in digital products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user profiles and needs.
• Develop user archetypes such as profiles, personas, etc.
• Perform heuristic evaluations.
• Translate client needs into interface solutions in collaboration with business analysts in an agile context.
• Develop information architecture for an interface solution.
• Design wireframes in collaboration with functional analysts.
• Prepare user tests.
• Participate in ideation sessions.
• Create visual mockups respecting the artistic direction.
• Develop project graphic charters.
• Analyze the work of functional analysts, designers, and integrators.

Requirements

• Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience as UX Specialist and UI Designer (must have worked in BOTH roles).
• Analyzed user profiles and needs.
• Developed user archetypes such as profiles, personas, etc.
• Performed heuristic evaluations.
• Collaborated with business analysts in an agile context to translate client needs into interface solutions.
• Developed information architecture for an interface solution.
• Designed wireframes in collaboration with functional analysts.
• Prepared user tests.
• Knowledge of ergonomics and interface standards.
• Participated in ideation sessions.
• Created visual mockups respecting artistic direction.
• Developed project graphic charters.
• Master Web ergonomics principles, possess graphic design notions.
• Master graphics and interface software: Adobe XD/Sketch, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Analyzed the work of functional analysts, designers, and integrators.
