Lead the organization's Agile transformation and coach managers. Establish a culture of value delivery and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Coach teams and managers in Agile transformation at scale.
- Define and adapt Agile methodological frameworks.
- Train and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and organizational change management.
Requirements
- Hold one of the following certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified SAFe Consultant (SPC).
- Realized, within last 5 years, for min 550 days, coaching for agile implementation in 3 mandates in org of 240+ employees, with 200+ days on SAFe and mentoring internal resources.
- Participated in starting at least THREE (3) SAFe trains with follow-up for at least 3 PIs.
- Experience in: i. Implementing agile metrics; ii. Organizational agile coaching strategy; iii. Architecture/scoping in agile mode; iv. Agile ceremonies; v. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban; vi. DevOps concepts.
