Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
  • Manage identities, access, and security in O365.
  • Support users and resolve O365 incidents.
  • Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools.

Requirements

  • THREE (3) years of experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Able to offer support to Teams and SharePoint users.
  • Able to design and add new features to SharePoint.
  • Able to effectively manage users in Azure AD.
  • Able to effectively manage mailboxes in Exchange Online.
  • Able to create and execute scripts using PowerShell.
