Responsibilities
- Accompany teams in adopting and applying Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, scrum, retro, review).
- Help remove obstacles and improve team continuously.
- Promote Agile values and principles within the organization.
Requirements
- Hold one of the following certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified SAFe Consultant (SPC).
- Realized, within last 5 years, for min 330 days, implementation of agile practices in mandates in org of 240+ employees, with 100+ days on SAFe.
- Participated in starting at least ONE (1) SAFe train.
- Experience in: i. Training/coaching agile teams; ii. Implementing agile metrics; iii. Architecture/scoping in agile mode; iv. Agile ceremonies; v. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban; vi. DevOps concepts.
