Responsibilities
- Liaise between business and information technology.

Requirements
- FIVE (5) years or more of experience in an IT professional role, including at least FOUR (4) years as a business analyst on multiple mandates.
- Experience in process mapping and modeling.
- Completed at least one process optimization mandate and mastered associated methodologies.
- Experience in supporting process implementation.
- Experience with design thinking principles.
- Experience with agile projects.
